The pay and benefits are good.
Cons
Very sexist company, Unless you are male, and one of the "good old boys" you will not advance in the company. Also HR is a joke, it will not support employees they only help select people and will not correct a hostile situation. lastly the company dose not care about customer service, either to support the people in the customer service roles or to make sure that they do what is right for the customer.
