Work on a very Neche technology. Wide learning experience. Good opportunity to learn related to supply chain.

Not good with training and documentation. No proper format of work, just work needs to be done approach. No proper strategic approach.

Thanks a lot for taking the time to give your honest and candid feedback. We agree with you that we need to work on the architecture of our software solutions and spend more resources on business development. In the past one year, we have hired three senior architects at Optym; they are reviewing the architecture of our current solutions and finding ways to improve that. In all new software products, our architecture facilitates smaller teams consisting of multi-stack developers. Regarding business development in Australia, we will be assigning dedicated resources in Australia. Thanks again for your feedback and pointing out the areas of improvement for us.
