A nice friendly work environment, Good benefits, Surrounded my lots of car/automotive enthusiasts and techinical experts, everyone is very happy to offer a hand and help with any automotive issues you face, even if it is as simple as arranging your MOT for during work hours, Friendly Senior team members and management, Great HR team,

Cons

Pushing shoddy products onto customers, A very "white male" vibe in the office, Using out of date technologies, sometime leading to code only one person in the office can actually read/understand. However, due to the current company merges I expect this will change soon.

The pay is low for anyone not in a corporate position, the hours of operation are odd and they give bulky equipment to use when WFH & manually attach to internet router.
