      Mostly a great company to work for

      Pros

      Opus has a great team driving them forwards and everybody is truly focused on working together to win together. The culture is great and is lead spearheaded by the Culture Club who genuinely care.

      Cons

      It is not a place for the feint hearted. Messages, advice, instruction or dissatisfaction from senior leaders is not always delivered in a way that leaves you feeling positive or eager to make the relevant changes. It can sometimes leave you feeling battered and bruised - even if at the core of it, what has been said was necessary or helpful, which most of the time once you unpack it, it is.

      Inclusive work culture and strong sense of team spirit

      Cons

      A central London office location would be nice but it isn't really a fair con that this doesn't exist as you know where HQ is when you apply

      Genuinely Amazing

      Pros

      Great culture, both professionally and socially, and with most people being in on the same 2/3 days a week, you really get to know each other. Amazing commission scheme. Lots of ambition as a business with a track record of achieving which helps push toward the common goals collectively. Huge amount of effort goes into things like Christmas and other events throughout the year, not just as parties but around the office etc. Seems genuinely people-first. We're all here to do a job but you're far from just a number.
