Pros

I came to Opus with limited marketing and sales experience and have been taught the fundamentals of direct-marketing in a very short time (under 3 months). The owner has integrity and truly cares for each team member.

Cons

It is challenging to manage a strong work/life balance.

Pros

There are many Pros to this position. First, the people are amazing and a pleasure to work with. Next, the travel opportunities. I have had the opportunity to go on multiple road-trips to different cities across the country paid for by the company. Also, the business model makes sure that nobody is ever asked to do anything that management would not do themselves because everybody starts in the same position. At first, it seemed like all we did was sales but once I really proved myself as a trainer and a leader, I got a major increase in responsibility and pay. Lastly, uncapped commission. The harder someone works, the more money they can make.

Cons

You may need to stand on your fee for extended periods of time.
