Company is growing rapidly with lots of opportunity to work in many different environments. Flexible hours.
Cons
Pay is non-negotiable and there is no raises without promotions in position. Management staff changes regularly leaving a sense of confusion with lower-ranked staff, and communication from management can be very poor at times. Often feels like lower-ranked staff are disposable. Often expected to work at the drop off a hat.
