Work remote, low pay(less taxes to pay), quick recruiting process, no loyalty so it makes it easier to quit when a better offer comes along.

Cons

Expensive medical benefits, no bench(this is a staffing company not a consulting company), zero culture, innovation lagger, pay raises are dependent on bill rate increase not performance or delivery.
