Work from home besides that absolutely nothing. GIANT waste of your time!

Where do I begin? Owner micromanages almost every aspect of the company. Pay is no way competitive and way undervalued. They say its competitive pay but its all lies! Completely dysfunctional, mismanaged, and unorganized. Employee turnover rate is so high! This company is corrupt, misleading, and just downright horrible!
