None at all honestly to be honest

The higher-ups often exhibited passive-aggressive behavior, and at times, their communication created a highly stressful and toxic work environment. Moreover, there was little to no room for growth within the company. Despite people's efforts and aspirations to advance, opportunities for professional development and promotion were virtually non-existent. The workplace was also rife with drama, which further detracted from a productive and positive work atmosphere. It seemed as though interpersonal conflicts and office politics were a constant distraction. To make matters worse, the compensation was quite low, especially considering the high workload. The demands of the job were extensive and often overwhelming, yet the salary did not reflect the effort and time required to meet these expectations. In summary, the time I had here was characterized by a lack of support from management, limited growth opportunities, a dramatic workplace culture, and an imbalance between compensation and workload. I would not recommend this company to those seeking a healthy and rewarding work environment.
