Pros

It was a great company. Every department used to help out each other to get thise machines shipped. Then we got purchased by an Israeli company .....

Cons

Too much power struggle with middle management. Watch out for the micromanager SW Director. Has no concern about you, only about what will make him look good. Forget about owning your process and making improvements, he will repeat your idea back to you and make it his idea.

Pros

Optical inspection and repair tool in FPD LCD industry is not bad. I worked in the division merged from Photon Dynamics. People are experienced and easy to work with.

Cons

Small working group. Business process is not optimized due to the merging process, so it took a lot of effort to find out how to process pretty standard process.
