      Nice office, nice and skilled colleagues, interesting, high quality products.

      Cons

      Unfortunately top level management doesn't see the value in clear, regular communication and transparent decision making. The combination of disorganisation and micro management is wasting employee time and stunting the potential growth of the company.

      The best marketing team I've ever met, thanks to the marketing director who brought the best people together and made this company friendly and enjoyable to be there in general. Great people!

      Cons

      Horrible communication among the different departments of the company. The boyfriend of the head of the company almost gave me a heart attack and was terrorising me almost for a year with his unprofessional attitude, even though he doesn't even work in the company and is not an employee. Very poor attitude towards the position I was working in. No work-life balance whatsoever. No benefits, just nothing.
