      Good place to work if you are serious about your work

      Pros

      100 % remote working Being a small team everyone is hands on and so immense opportunities to learn Product owned by the company No micro managing done by anyone No toxicity and unnecessary politics Seniors are very helpful

      Cons

      One need to be on their toes and learn at a fast pace. Being totally remote, human connect is missing No line defining work and life. Everything gets mixed.

      I don’t see any pros

      Cons

      Fake Words they just sugar coat things . CEO and Managers are very disrespectful! No work life balance You’ll be fired anytime without notice No job security They have 0 policies for Employees No HR No appraisals CEO will poke in every little lower level tasks too and you’ll be assigned excel variance tasks apart from your actual Software Engineering task.
