Pros

Relaxed work environment, which is great for anyone who likes to do little as possible during their work day. Warehouse workers work the hardest of anyone here.

Cons

Managers just have meetings to justify their existence here.

Too many managers. A culture of meetings where decisions are not made. Meetings allow people to act busy, but accomplish little.
