a typical day at wok includes being harassed by the director for bringing safety issues and unprofessional behavior. I leaned how to deal with "leaders" who are unable to resolve complex issues, look beyond their paycheck and seek understanding and management all exhibit incompetence and disengaged What is the interview process like? redundant, not meaningful, lack of interpersonal skills on all hr and directorship levels What is the work environment and culture like at Oregon Medical Group? directors and leadership cultivate a culture of fear, exclusion, clicks and encourage unsafe and unprofessional practices

Benefits are pretty good relatively speaking

Cons

They ask their employees to do too much. Management and corporate are awful. They implement things without consulting the people that will be doing it. The raises are pathetic. High turnover rate.
