Pros

Metro is a strong regional government, smart people, processes, and focus. In my case I had a great team lead, tons of support, and very collaborative team members.

Cons

Government isn't fast, there can be too many meetings, and depending on the role you are sometimes dealing with crisis (especially in communications).
