Very hierarchical and secretive management style - HR is universally despised. Certain departments can also be nightmare

Pros
Nice building and work environment. Good benefits and flexible schedules. High profile within legal community.
Cons
Fear-based management style. Employees - outside of a select circle of mgmt. - are kept in dark, dismissed and generally constantly afraid for their jobs. Senior management are generally dishonest and deceptive. Will outright lie to staff and bar members, when it would be just as easy not to comment. Public Affairs Department is especially dysfunctional. Manager is a snake -- lookout!
