Got to talk to interesting individuals and huge Oregon State fans, felt good to raise money for a great university, and a fun environment in Corvallis.

Cons

Not a lot of room for promotion, it seems like those who are promoted are the ones who are clearly friends outside the worst force.

men & women in upper management perpetuate a cycle of hostility and bullying toward good, hard-working employees, especially women, when they themselves never improve their interpersonal skills or professional (lack thereof) demeanor or get in trouble for their insane, rude behavior
