Awful, awful management.

Gave me some perspective of how I was being treated.

Cons

Absolutely disgusting treatment from management, no official training or even an induction. Incredibly unfriendly, cliquey and rude. A lot of gossiping in the office when peoples backs are turned. This company has no idea what the terms inclusion, equality, diversity, kindness mean. No opportunities to grow or expand on knowledge when asked. Working for this brand has sucked the life out of me. The fake reviews on here are hilarious. I cannot wait to leave.

- Everyone gets along, no matter what level. Ideas and thoughts are shared across the teams - Because the business is small projects and launches can be activated quickly. The founder has a lot of involvement in the business so getting sign off is easy - Lots of nice team events and regular social activities funded by the company - Hybrid and flexible working is encouraged - Free jewellery - Great location

- Small teams can often mean working across lots of different areas, can feel a little stretched sometimes
