It was a genuinely rewarding experience and learnt a lot. The leadership team was approachable and supportive. The projects were varied and challenging, which helped me sharpen my skills across multiple areas.

Pros

Organic is a great agency to work for, the culture has evolved over the last few years into a supportive, friendly, progressive place to be. The office is a great environment, on a par with any I have worked in (mainly in London). The people are brilliant. They're smart, they care about what they do and they don't take themselves too seriously. There are a number of real standouts who will impress and inspire. The push for training is a real plus point, there is a real ethos of development and progression. Flexibility and ownership is baked in. You are treated like a grown up.
