Pros
Had some great employee perks such as a cafe, van pool, casual dress, great people, gym, and access to company supplied milk, cheese, etc.
Cons
There is a major middle management problem, especially in Quality, Research, and Development, and much of it is enabled by the COO as she directly protects most of the incompetent managers. OV often opts to hire someone less qualified for less money rather than investing in someone great for a position who could make a positive change for the company. The company is located in rural areas requiring a long commute if you want to live in a more populated area and pay is often $10,000 or more below industry standard annually.
