Pros

Dogs are allowed to come to the office. We work on flex time - as long as you get your hours it doesn't matter when you come in. Vacation time is limited but unpaid days off are easy enough to negotiate.

Cons

There is no hierarchy. The owner of the company is at the top of the pyramid and every other employee is at the bottom. There is no opportunity for growth within the company. This means most people don't care much about their jobs and there is a general attitude of displeasure throughout the office and warehouse. It is a great first job to help build a resume but it is not the company you want to work for for years to come.

Pros

Some of the employees are great to work with. The customers were great to work with.

Cons

Upper management does not know how to treat their employees. Does not give out raises. Company has a high turn over rate for such a small company. Lets some people talk to you like you are a piece of crap.

Pros

The customers were great, the store was well organized and clean, and the rest of the staff were excellent to work with, definitely team players

Cons

they expected you to lift and carry too much weigh, this work was not discussed during the interviews. They also expected you to climb ladders, again not in the job description. This could have been a great job but unfortunately the tasks were not spelled out.
