Pros

Relationship building is a key for success to remain at OCCRP

Cons

Management extremely incompetent. They are blind and don't care for their own staff. People that got ahead are "yes" people. You cannot share your points of view, if you do they wont consider it all. Your on your own. If they like you, they will help you..if they hate you...the will not help you.

Pros

I enjoyed my contract with OCCRP. The vibes were great and compared to other media organizations of the size, I find the atmosphere to be very close knit and mission driven.

Cons

Given the locations and the intensity and scale of the problems my team was tasked with, I found the pay left something to be desired.
