I've never worked at a company that more strongly stands by its corporate values. I feel secure working here because we think long term. If you want to work hard alongside great people in a professional environment, it is a great place. Very little room for slacking off from your coworkers or management.
Cons
It is a smaller company, and the pay reflects that.
- Upper management that does what they want - Not treated as an adult. They don’t trust employees to put the hours in. They treat salary employees like time punchers. - Vacation isn’t great. Guess that goes with a small company - Some departments have ZERO training plans - Treated like you don’t matter if they don’t feel they need you anymore
