Pros

Small company so you have opportunities to grow your career in different ways.

Cons

Small company, so pay isn’t competitive with what’s out in the market.

Pros

I've never worked at a company that more strongly stands by its corporate values. I feel secure working here because we think long term. If you want to work hard alongside great people in a professional environment, it is a great place. Very little room for slacking off from your coworkers or management.

Cons

It is a smaller company, and the pay reflects that.

Great people working for a company that needs better management

Pros

- Some really great, knowledgeable people here

Cons

- Upper management that does what they want - Not treated as an adult. They don’t trust employees to put the hours in. They treat salary employees like time punchers. - Vacation isn’t great. Guess that goes with a small company - Some departments have ZERO training plans - Treated like you don’t matter if they don’t feel they need you anymore
