      Pros

      Great management team, very supportive inside work and in personal life goals, treated with respect, fairness and kindness. Work life balance is good. Lots of reward and recognition going on. Social events throughout the year. Parking onsite. Office clean and brightly decorated. Management always trying to improve the physical and working environment for colleagues. Open to change.

      Cons

      Not always easy and simple to get things done internally. In some instances communication between teams could be better.

      Pros

      Great place to work. Better personalities involved too. Been there little over a year and there’s a clear path for progression which is very obtainable.

      Cons

      Hard to think of a con. Oriel make every effort to accommodate for their employees and I’ve never had an issue there.

      Pros

      I worked for Oriel for many years, and can truly say it was an absolute pleasure! I was given the opportunity to work with some fantastic people during my time there. The management was so good to me, giving me so many opportunities to progress within the business. I also want to mention they went above and beyond to offer me support on a personal level when I needed it which I can't thank them enough for. Strongly recommend.

      No downside to working here if you have the right attitude and are ready to progress
