Pros
- Opportunities for keen learners to gain experience and build portfolios - Flat hierarchy allows for easy and straightforward communication as well as clarification - Everyone's opinion is respected - Friendly and helpful coworkers who are like family - Regularly holds small gathering parties (Christmas, Halloween, etc.) - Cozy environment (tons of fish & plants) Lastly - Heaven-like pantry for all to enjoy

- After a while, one may start to feel stagnant but it's inevitable in the creative industry - Likely to gain weight from snacking too much

- Conducive & chill work environment - Worked with fun and friendly colleagues - Can definitely find work-life balance here - Boss is understanding - Good place to start at as a fresh grad, lots of project opportunities - There is always room for discussion when it comes to proposing designs - Ideas and opinions are heard and valued
Cons
- As it is a small studio, there's no big organisational structure as you are working under one boss who oversees various things so it may take a while to receive feedback for your work.
