Pros

Alot to learn - new tech, new ideas are always welcome alot of guidance from the management Full support from the superiors and co workers open door policy to approach anyone and no red tapes.

Pros

- Easily accessible by public transport - Allowed to use ChatGPT, with encouragement from the manager

Cons

- no career growth opportunities - Management frequently terminates employees whenever they like - Strong internal political conflicts - Excessive micromanagement - The company favour foreign employees than locals. - Numerous former employees have sued the company, criticizing its management - Management expects employees to work long hours, with comments like, “Why do the bosses stay late while the salevs leave early?” (I personally witnessed this conversation, yep slaves) - Unrealistic expectations with one person expected to handle a full department and 10 tasks - No budget allocation, even threatening salary cuts for requesting marketing funds - Not a supportive environment for younger employees—your spirit will be crushed here
