      Nothing under the surface

      Pros

      Freedom, few employees are really nice and bright people, nice business problems, no pressure

      Cons

      Low salary, no shares, no bonus, no career progress path, no objectives and KPIs, teams not cooperating, micromanagement, executives not interested on technology, employees constantly leaving which makes impossible to progress

      Pros

      Some good people, flexible working from home or elsewhere. Not a pressurised or target-driven environment for most teams.

      Cons

      Very different reality to the outside view - capabilities are far from what is projected outwards. Poor and often toxic culture. Lack of training, communication & teamwork.

      - great, supportive people - visionary CEO - excellent management - modern tech stack - work/life balance - WFH policy

      Cons

      Not much that comes to mind. Salary could be higher, not on par with leading tech companies.
