      No work life balance - terrible culture.

      Good benefits, 401k is good.

      Cons

      Working 3 weekends a month, Saturday and Sunday. Management is in chaos with no transparency, turnover is high due to work schedule, some days you work late nights. Only 10 days of PTO to start. No work differential pay for Sundays. The training is non existent- they expect you to figure it out. Must learn 6 different lending platforms with minimal training. Unable to reach supervisors or mangers for help as they are always busy. Work life balance is non existent- unless you like working weekends and being off on Tuesday and Wednesday. There is no set schedule and you work all holidays except Thanksgiving and Christmas. The culture is terrible, managers are indifferent and come across as uncaring.

      TOXIC! Leadership lacks accountability and respect of diverse views. Company is not considerate of offshore employees, they schedule company meetings with no regard to their offline or remote workers. Company culture lacks diversity and opportunity for career growth - there is also no intention to shift this dynamic. Dominantly white male/female operated and promotes that group above all others. There are CONSTANT reorganizations, literally constant. This company does a horrible job of crediting the employees that highly contribute to meeting and exceeding company goals. Depending on how leadership/members view the 'importance' of your team/role you may be overworked, your feedback disregarded, and your contributions minimized/unrecognized.
