Great team and mission, but patient care suffers financially

Love the team, the clinical patient care, the and the mission.

Cons

The bottom line is income and not the patient experience. Patients are charged fees simply for scheduling visits, the financial policies change quickly and patients are not adequately informed. This leaves the clinical staff to explain the muddy policies. Discharged patients are charged fees even if they were only seen once or not at all. Concerns are constantly raised to upper management and nothing is addressed proactively or if at all. Sadly, financial feels are only increasing and evolving in the future. One of the reasons why I left.

- Great co-workers - Good if you enjoy fast pace work - Benefits are good depending on what you need, great for younger professionals

Cons

- Burnout is heavy, pay is unbalanced - Poor decisions are made that highly effect clinical staff and patients, even when all of the employees warn management - This will seem like a great community at first but management will start to invalidate your feelings
