Pros

The customers of the company are very diverse. They are top level engineers and keep you on your toes. Good Benefits with Vacation Pay, 401K and generous sick time off.

Cons

The upper management does not listen to either the employees or the customers. This is the first company that said the customer is always wrong and they need to follow our rules.

there are absolutely no pros

Cons

I didn't receive any training for two months working there. I was hired for licensing customer care position and they stuck me in sales. The management is horrible, they are extremely disorganized and unprofessional and sexist. The work environment was hostile, everyone hates it there and hates the management. everything the managers did was for some ulterior motive it was disgusting. Every person there wasn't doing what they were hired for, they pile work on you. do not waste your time.

Pros

Technical Job, gain some good skills in a technical support role, attending tradeshows was a lot of fun because the company sends you to a fun place like Boston or New Orleans. The health insurance plan was pretty good.

Cons

Poorly managed, disorganized, a little bit sexist and racist, you will not get a raise in the company, money is tight.
