Great company that treats its employees well. With small store teams leads to a family-like dynamic. Free pieces every quarter and 70% off apparel!

Cons

Upper Management is often sloppy in execution, and like to run into things with guns half cocked. For instance, every new shipment we get there is a 90% probability something is not ringing at the correct price. Floor sets and windows change almost weekly, and accidentally shipping things to the wrong stores. Along with long and often conference calls that usually just pertain what the upper management want to hear.

We get free pieces. Four free items per season. We also have an amazing discount! 70% off on full price merchandise (not including accessories). The environment is very relaxed. The staff as well as the managers are great and always there to help. We are taught to give great customer service, which is something that help us out in so many ways for the future.

Cons

Your hours depend on how much the store is making, but I'm sure that's in every retail store.
