Pros

Hr team will never let you down, they are superb! Approachable and Fun, they provide the best they can to employees, and they arent pro management. They hears their employees.

Cons

However, the operational manangement sucks! And the client retention is low, micro management. If you aren't really close to the mnagers, you ain't going nowhere. Wfh setup is only hybrid, this is not for peepz looking for permanent wfh set up.

Pros

Obsession to creating the best workplace culture. People here are heard. Sure not everything gets what they want, that's not really possible. What matters though is that the company tries, that's more than what can be said for others.

Cons

Still some processes that need work, but not for long. Unlike other companies, Origo is self-aware, and not looking the other way. Watch out, we'll be a juggernaut in a few years.
