These people may pay you well if you are a no-Odiya and have done journalism from a reputable institution, in short they have a bias for journalism students.
Cons
The editor is an attention seeker who competes with the owner of OTV Baijayanta Panda. The editor is a BJD MP so you can clearly find that this paper is a mouthpiece for BJD and even the editor tries to impose his party ideology on it's employees. The editor shares anti-BJP news in the newspaper WhatsApp group, in short he thinks his employees as a vote bank. The editor's uncouth language, for instance he abuses the employees in the name of their mother and sister, is difficult to tolerate. This paper is not a newspaper but a propaganda piece. Never ever work here and advise all the newspaper readers to stay away from this paper.
