Pros

So much opportunity to shape processes and redefine ways of working. Very friendly culture with an open plan office and collaboration. Social events are frequent and fun. People care deeply about the mission and what we do.

Cons

It's fast paced which I personally love however that can mean a lot of adapting and change but its all for the better and we get a say in how we shape our teams.

High-growth, high-reward - great for the ambitious

Pros

A fast-paced organisation that genuinely rewards ambition. There are plenty of opportunities to grow, take on meaningful work, and make a real impact. For people who are driven and looking to develop their careers, this is a great environment to do so. The work is stimulating and the experience is genuinely rewarding.

Cons

The company is in an exciting phase of growth, which brings with it a large number of initiatives running simultaneously. This can make prioritisation challenging at times. Additionally, with teams spread across New Zealand and the UK, the timezone difference can place pressure on people's time — it is not uncommon to find yourself navigating early mornings, late evenings, or weekend communications to stay connected across regions. Greater boundaries around working hours would go a long way in supporting team wellbeing.

Fast-moving, high-ownership environment with real impact

Pros

Fast-paced, growth-focused environment where you can have real impact and help shape direction, not just deliver on it. There’s a strong culture of ownership and accountability, which suits people who are proactive and outcomes-driven. Good level of autonomy, with opportunities to influence systems, processes and ways of working as the organisation evolves. There is genuine scope to contribute to meaningful change rather than just maintain the status quo. Clear shift towards recognising performance for individuals and teams in a more transparent way, with improved alignment between outcomes, visibility and reward. A strong emphasis on doing the right thing and delivering work with integrity and purpose, supported by a collaborative and inclusive culture. Benefits are well-rounded and support employee wellbeing across physical, mental and financial areas.

Cons

Some commonly raised challenges are tied to the pace and stage of growth, though these tend to depend on individual preference and working style. The pace of change is high and priorities can shift quickly, which can create ambiguity. This suits people who enjoy a dynamic environment but may be less ideal for those who prefer stability and structure. As the organisation continues to grow, some processes and systems are still maturing, meaning there can be occasional inefficiencies or a need to build and refine as you go. This can be a positive or a frustration depending on your mindset. Expectations around ownership and delivery are high, which brings great opportunity but can also mean heavier workloads at times.
