They have adequate flexibility and most positions you can work from home.

Cons

Too much PTO time — no one is ever working, especially Management. The pay rate and health benefits are horrible. HR is clueless and knows absolutely nothing and is useless. Monthly meetings are meaningless and repetitive. Orlans’ motto is “Someone will catch it (if it’s wrong).” There is no room for growth or development.

What I thought would be a dream was a nightmare

Pros

The collectors, my employees and the compliance consultant. They made that place bearable to come to daily.

Cons

Poor leadership. No training for new employees. You are just thrown into your position. CEO is disengaged and has no clue what is going on with her firm. nepotism from people who have been there a long time. You ask for help and get no response. You are just left to try and figure it out and treated horribly.
