Training is comparable to a small airline. Training was done on a full motion sim. Well treated, decent schedule. Training department is top notch.

Cons

None at this time. I'm used to air ambulance and know what I signed up for.

Excellent training program with a solid mix of ground and flight training. The team is very professional, and people are always ready to help and share their experience. As a new hire, I felt well supported from day one.

Still new to the company, so it’s too early to comment on any significant downsides.
