      Pros

      They use outlook, and you get to go to lunch. The "people" are great.

      Cons

      Management confuses delegation and leadership. The leadership team has no idea how to lead. The leadership does not trust the employees or themselves. If you work here after reading all the reviews on Glass door and you find yourself unhappy.....you have no one to blame but yourself. The entire organization minus the leadership team hates their job.

      Pros

      Patrick Blake CFO is an outstanding individual. All upper management should be motivated to be like his personality and to have his superb work ethic.

      Cons

      Machiavellian, unethical, manipulative, disorganized, lack of investment in IT even though the whole company runs on IT, corrupt, you are reward more for buying a Nespresso machine then all the countless hours put in on projects. Under appreciate of employees who make the company.

      Pros

      The office space is nice and was improved a few years ago. Indoor parking is available down the street. Butter is very good.

      Cons

      So many people come and go. It's really challenging to do your job while you have to train new coworkers. High high turnover!! The management team is so disconnected. They deflect, blame and fire. So many good people have left. Very sad. General tension towards management. Internal messaging is condescending and interactions are fake. Awkward comments about political views. Management team spends more time together in closed door meetings or traveling "home" than rolling up sleeves. They reference dated binders, ideas and processes.
