Cons
Communication between technical teams has been a problem but is improving. Sometimes it isn't always clear who is responsible for specific tasks.

Interesting technical challenges, inspiring new ideas. What the company is working on is cutting-edge technology in the bioscience area. Good team, and relaxed environment.
Cons
Specs occasionally changing mid-term, but that's something part of the R&D. Sometimes things need to start over again because it becomes clear that the current route isn't leading to satisfactory results.
