      They truly care about you as a person. It is a demanding job and they are always making sure that their workers know they are appreciated.

      Sometimes it gets hectic and you can feel overwhelmed.

      Pros

      I have worked at Orpical since January of 2018 and it was one of the best decisions I have made in my professional career. The leadership is great and very involved in the day to day operations. The overall atmosphere at Orpical is very fun and professional and the work we do is very exciting and demanding. Orpical has provided me the ability to grow both personally and professionally and I don't think I could be any happier anywhere else.

      One time I sneezed and nobody blessed me. :'(

      Everyone looks out for each other. Leadership is fair, with high expectations and provides support. Great opportunity for career and personal growth.

      Cons

      Would be nice to meet in person more since we are all remote.
