      Find your OWN contracts discuss your rates and tell Orpine. They keep fair % of your share and rum your payroll for the rest.

      Cons

      If you do not have contracts, no payroll will be run and will affect your W2 if on H1B visa

      Great place to work, you will get everything here family environment, Career Growth, Best compensations in market, great learning and great management. i'm working here from past 9 months and pretty much safe even in Covid Situation. They allow you to work flexible and healthy work pressure.

      Jigya software services ..Worst place to work ,no proper management for recruitment,no proper rules,waste politics in between 4 to 5 team members also , small place to work.
