Pros
I thought the culture there was really positive. C-Level staff really seems to know how to connect with their employees from my experience.
Cons
While I was there, in my department mid-management seemed to lack appropriate experience to properly manage their staff; Lower level staff had the experience to make projects work, but since they were not in the driver's seat often it led to failure. Since then I believe this problem had been addressed from what I've heard however.
