Pros
This is an example of a company where the owner cares more about the shareholders and employees than himself. Kindness is infectious and all employees seem to like working here with the exceptions of the complainers who will complain even if it was a 2 day work week with benefits.
Cons
Company has to much tied up in new technologies not enough in their current technologies so money is always tight but getting better.
