      Learned a lot while I was there and a good stepping stone in a different environment

      Cons

      toxic work environment within the office and extremely cliquey. Really tested my mental health with unpaid overtime and the need to be efficient with time management

      Pros

      Collaborative environment with many resources made through the years. Exposure to high end cliential, industry leading architect and interior design firms. Fun company outings with good benefits.

      Cons

      Involved and cumbersome work loads. Lack of trust from owner. Some longterm employees have toxic work flows due to seniority. Projects run long, 3-4+ years at a time, leading to many hand over headaches

      Good coworkers to commiserate with

      Cons

      Many. Distrustful owner. Bad and inexperienced department manager. Poor training No trust given to team but then don’t train for correct performance. Wastes knowledge of those with experience because of insecure management
