      Pros

      If you are eager, you can learn a lot and get involved in different areas. People are generally quite friendly. Dependent on position, mostly a low stress environment.

      Cons

      Reliant on Netherlands head office, which results in longer hours if you are in an international office and there is no overtime. Rigid promotion and pay structure.

      Can be isolating due to centralised functions in Netherlands.

      Overall a great company to work for, just no overtime compensation and non-negotiable salary brackets.

      Relaxed company culture. Professionalism. Opportunity to pursue personal developments e.g CFA, CIPM etc. Hybrid working. International employees and clients.

      Cons

      No overtime compensation. Amsterdam office location is not great (Sloterdijk). Non-negotiable salary brackets. No gym plans or bike plans. Public transport allowance and travel policy is not great.
