Great surgeons, Poor pay

Pros

Surgeons are talented and approachable. Communication between the doctors and therapists is exceptional. Coworkers try and make work life fun.

Cons

Not competitive with therapy salaries and reviews/raises almost nonexistent. Be careful about their "great bonus program" which is actually terrible and penalizes you for taking vacation or sick time or if your charts/billing are not perfect by their standards. "Volunteer" time is expected on the weekends for upper management's athletic pet projects helping with sports screening and other events. Front office staff turnover is high which can make work difficult. Upper management does not seem to realize or care that these individuals are the front line of patient care and can make or break a business.

We are delighted to hear your positive remarks about our talented and approachable surgeons and the exceptional communication between doctors and therapists. Rest assured, we are actively reviewing our compensation structure to ensure it remains competitive within the industry, and we will revisit the bonus program to make it fairer and more transparent. Pros

Great benefits including holiday pay, PTO, 401K, and the health insurance was affordable. The physicians and other providers (PAs, PTs, MAs) are reputable and experts in their field.

Cons

Management is extremely poor on all levels and corporate only cares about profit. When I started with this company, patient care was the priority and employees were valued. The providers are still outstanding, but they're overwhelmed and don't have the support they need to provide the best care possible. Corporate lacks leadership, transparency, and accountability and is full of unanswered promises to the employees. The daily workflow was constantly being changed by administrators that don't undersrand patient care or interact with patients. The level of disorganization was unlike anything I've ever seen before in a company of this size.
