Wonderful staff except the manager!

Cons

Techs had to work alone examining up to 100 patients with all kinds of orthopedic problems! Manager was not helpful! Equipment was sub optimal

outdated equipment- you have to set your own technique, tube gets so hot that it shuts down and won’t continue to take x-rays. difficult to use and harder on the tech and the patient! no help for x-ray techs uniform-uncomfortable button up polo no small talk with patients because that takes too long high volume clinic- 2 x-ray techs. averaging 30-40 patients daily. that’s patients, not exams

Because the organization is growing quickly, things can move fast and priorities sometimes shift, which takes flexibility. Some of the systems and processes are still catching up, so there can be a learning curve as new tools roll out.
