OrthoSelect has a great work environment. They are organized, yet laid back.

Cons

The department I worked in had irregular amounts of work, so you would sometimes have to work in other departments.

Pros

-Friendly environment to work in. Casual but professional. -On the job training experience. The job doesn't require any previous experience in the dental field. -If you are a student they are flexible with your hours and time off. I worked at Orthoselect for a total of 2 years as a full time and part time employee. The people I worked with made it a great experience to work there, which made it hard to leave. The management was great and handled hard situations very well. Overall Orthoselect is a great company to work with!
