They have a habit of hiring people as permanent employees and then cutting their positions when the money starts running low. There is a lack of strong management and inadequate company direction. It is an "everyone for themselves" type of environment. They have the expectation that you should do whatever it takes but offer very little in return. Low salaries, inadequate benefits.
