      - Flexibility - 4.5 work week - supportive leadership - colleagues are super helpful - the department I work in all seem to be very happy and we enjoy the work we do so it makes coming to work fun and enjoyable

      Cons

      - none that I can think of - maybe some additional benefits but also with the state of the industry I think we all feel blessed to still have work

      Pros

      Great platform, lots of hard work, but also opportunity. 4.5 day work week, WFH benefits, stock options. Great team.

      Cons

      No people management, so growth and general structure around your individual goal can be hard, but that's startups and it's a great growing company.

      Pros

      Opportunity to work from home full time and mix it up in the office. Major office benefits when office days occur and real great team environment. The team you work with are great, I couldn’t ask for a better team.
