Pros
The company sees huge value in connecting with their employees lives both in and out of the typical office work setting. There have been many company events that celebrate the different cultures of OCI including Chinese New Year celebration, Dewali tea lantern painting, Black History Month book club, and more.
Cons
The only downsides to working at OCI are the typical things that come with any consulting gig. Occasionally you get work that you’re not passionate about but that you’re happy to do for your loyal clients, etc.

A dynamic firm with opportunities for those who want to grow and expand their careers. Leadership really cares about the staff and are servant leadership focused. This means their decisions are always focused on the impact to the staff not to the company profit margins.
Cons
With the fast growth there are some growing pains related to process that the company is working through. However, this is another great opportunity for staff to engage and shape the dynamics of where they work.
